Goal & Mission of the YBLP
The Young Business Leaders Program (YBLP) is designed to become the world’s most dynamic and purpose-driven ecosystem for aspiring young leaders—students, visionaries, and early-career professionals who are not only ambitious but deeply committed to shaping a more ethical, sustainable, and cooperative future.

MEMBERSHIP
Our program proudly welcomes members from all industries, sectors, and professional backgrounds—at any stage of their careers. We place special emphasis on participation from young professionals and emerging leaders aged 18 to 35, with dedicated programs and committees tailored to their growth and global impact.

From sustainability and innovation to advocacy, ethics, and education, we strive to deliver meaningful, measurable value. We empower our members to lead with purpose—and to take active responsibility for shaping a better world.

Due to our current focus on several high-level international projects, new membership intake is temporarily paused. However, we are pleased to announce that admissions will reopen soon, and we encourage all interested individuals to stay connected and prepare to join this dynamic and values-driven global community.​
